Room A

Room A is approximately 600 sq. ft. and accommodates up to 40 guests theater-style or 30 classroom style. The rental fee is $130 for the first 4 hours, plus $35 for each additional hour. The rental includes tables, chairs, a podium, a white board, and one hour of complimentary setup time. This room is ideal for business trainings, seminars, and club meetings.
Room B

Room B is approximately 200 sq.ft and accommodates up to 12 people. The rental fee is $90 for the first 4 hours, plus $25 for each additional hour. The rental includes an oval conference table, swivel chairs, white board, a podium, and one hour of complimentary setup time. This room is ideal for meetings or small trainings.
Room C
​
Room C is approximately 3000 sq. ft. and accommodates up to 200 guests. The rental fee is $760 (no kitchen) or $850 (with full kitchen) for the first 4 hours, plus $210 (no kitchen) or $215 (with kitchen) for each additional hour. This rental includes tables, chairs, ​a dance floor, and one hour of complimentary setup time. This room is ideal for banquets, charitable events, and parties.
Room D

Room D can accommodate up to 6 people. The rental fee is $65 for the first 4 hours, plus $15 for each additional hour. This rental includes a round table, chairs, a whiteboard, and one hour of complimentary setup time. This room is ideal for small meetings or business planning sessions.

Room E
​
​Room E is approximately 1600 sq. ft. and can accommodate up to 100 guests. The rental fee is $300 for the first 4 hours, plus $75 for each additional hour. This rental includes tables, chairs, a kitchenette, space for dancing, and one hour of complimentary setup time. This room is ideal for parties, showers, charitable functions, and more!
Room F

Room F is approximately 875 sq. ft. It can accommodate up to 60 guests. The rental fee is $240 for the first 4 hours, plus $60 for each additional hour. This rental includes tables, chairs, a kitchenette, and one hour of complimentary setup time. This room is ideal for parties, showers, meetings, or other casual gatherings.
*A damage deposit of $100 is required for small gatherings and meetings. The deposit is $300 for parties and $500 for Room C rentals where alcohol is being served. If alcohol will be served, there is an additional charge of $200 to purchase liquor liability insurance, and beer and wine only may be served.
