A damage deposit of $100 is required for small gatherings and meetings. The deposit is $300 for parties and $500 for Room C rentals where alcohol is being served. If alcohol will be served, there is an additional charge of $200 to purchase liquor liability insurance.

Room A

Priced at $130/4 hours. Approximately 600 square feet with the ability to accommodate up to 40 people. Conference tables and chairs will be provided along with a lectern and presentation board. Past events include business training sessions, seminars, and club meetings.
Room B
​
Priced at $90/4 hours. Approximately 200 square feet and a perfect fit for meetings and conferences. Holds up to 14 people. Contains an oval table and swivel chairs. Past events include board meetings, training sessions, and scrapbooking.
Room C

​This is a 3000 square foot room ideal for banquets,charitable events, and parties as the room accommodates up to 200 people. A full kitchen is available. The rate is $760/$850 / 4 hours. Past hosts include Libertyville Junior Woman's Club, Libertyville High School reunions, and Cook Library programs.
Room D
​
Priced at $65/4 hours. This is a room designed to host a small meeting and can accommodate seven people. It contains a presentation board and two large windows. Past events include singing lessons and business planning sessions!

Room E

​This 1600 square foot room is great for accommodating up to 100 people; creating an ideal setting for youth groups, charitable functions, showers and more! Also included is a kitchenette and even room for dancing. The rate is $300 for the first four hours.
Room F
​​
The room is 875 square feet which perfectly accommodates up to 60 people. This setting is ideal for children's parties, meetings, crafting and other casual gatherings. A small kitchenette is included. The rate is $240 for the first four hours.
