| Conference Room "A" $85/ 4 Hours This room is ideal for seminars, small parties and meetings. This room accommodates up to 40 people and is approximately 600 square feet. Its large windows overlook Church St. ($20 each additional hour.) Conference Room "B" $60/ 4 Hours This room is ideal for meetings and conferences. You will be comfortable in the large swivel chairs. A large conference table is in the center of the room. This room accommodates up to 12 people and is approximately 230 square feet. ($15 each additional hour.) Community Room "C" $475/ 4 Hours This room is ideal for banquets, parties, receptions, celebrations and more. There is a full service kitchen included with the standard room rental. The high ceiling, dance floor and many extras make it the perfect place for your next event. The room accommodates up to 200 people and is approximately 4500 square feet. ($115 each additional hour.) Conference Room "D" $40/ 4 Hours This room is ideal for small meetings and game playing. It accommodates up to 8 people and is approximately 100 square feet. ($5 each additional hour.) Multipurpose Room "E" $135/ 4 Hours This room is ideal for youth groups, parties, showers, reunions and more. It has a large screen television, VCR, and a comfortable couch and love-seat. It has a small kitchenette and a tiled floor. There is room for dancing. The room is easily accessible from the rear entrance of the building. The room is approximately 1500 square feet and accommodates up to 80 people. ($30 each additional hour.) Multipurpose Room "F" $115/ 4 Hours This room is ideal for children's parties, craft events, meetings and other casual gatherings. It has a small kitchenette and a tiled floor. The room is easily accessible from the rear entrance of the building. This room accommodates up to 60 people and is approximately 875 square feet. ($25 each additional hour.) Additional Notes: A damage deposit is required for all rentals. If food or beverage will be served the deposit is $200. Otherwise, the deposit is $100. There is an additional charge to purchase liquor liability insurance if alcohol will be served and the damage deposit amount required is $300.
