Community Room "C"              $475/ 4 Hours

    the standard room rental

  • Saturdays rate is $500 for the first four

  • Saturday rate is $145 for the first four
    hours then $35 per additional hour.

Multipurpose Room "F"             $115/ 4 Hours
  • ideal for children's parties, crafting,
    meetings and other casual gatherings
  • accommodates up to 60 people
  • approximately 875 square feet
  • small kitchenette
  • tables and chairs provided
  • two large windows
  • tiled floor  
  • accessible from the rear entrance of the
    building  
  • $25 each additional hour.
  • Saturday rate is $125 for the first four
    hours then $30 per additional hour.

Additional Notes:

A damage deposit of $100 is required for meetings
and small gatherings.  If food or beverage will be
served the deposit is $200.  If alcohol will be served,
there is an additional charge of $150 to purchase
liquor liability insurance and the damage deposit
amount required is $300.
